FOODIE FRIDAY-BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

I don't know about you
but around here our
friends and family
gather to eat, 
drink and be merry
and watch 
THE GREEN BAY PACKERS
play football.
 
We are always looking for new
dishes to try for snacking as
we hang out.
 
Here is a crowd favorite.
It came from 
TASTE OF HOMES
and is definitely a winner.

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients

1 - 8 oz package softened cream cheese
1   cup cooked chopped chicken breast
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
French bread baguette slices or celery ribs or tortilla chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Layer with chicken, wing sauce and salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with baguette slices.

2 tablespoons: 156 calories, 13g fat (7g saturated fat), 38mg cholesterol, 484mg sodium, 2g carbohydrate (1g sugars, 0 fiber), 7g protein.
